Hello everyone! Thanks for tuning in to Matt’s Stats for September 2025! Comparing September 2025 to September 2024 you will see transaction are up for most of our focus communities. Bradford West Gwillimbury had the highest year-over-year increase with 52.1% followed by Georgina with a 33.3% increase year-over-year. Average sales price is slightly lower year-over-year. This shows more homes are being sold overall, but at a slightly lower price point.
Month-over-month there is no surprise here, transactions are up in most of our focus communities. Toronto and Midland were leading the way with a +25% increase month-over month. Average sales price is relatively the same month-over-month, but we do see the Toronto was up just over 10%. Hopefully this trend starts to move its way north!
