October 2022 vs. October 2021. Just a quick reminder… With Remembrance Day coming up this weekend, we’d like to ask everyone to go out and donate and get yourself a poppy. Please show your support for all the troops and those who have served our country.
So looking over at the statistics in October… The average units sold in all of our regions are down except for Midland and the total units sold were down in all of these communities. Midland was up 17%, Orillia was down 27%, Barrie is was down 20%, New Tecumseth was down 10%, Bradford was down 47% Georgina was down 48%, Newmarket was down 40% and Toronto was down 44% in volume of transactions vs October 2021.
