October 2021 vs. October 2020. Same story as last month, the Average sales price was up in all of these communities, however volume was down all across. Last month, year-over-year, housing prices were up all double digits. 30.8% in Barrie, 29% in Bradford, 28% in Newmarket, and 21.2% in the Toronto area.
For October 2021 vs. October 2020, you’ll see that total transactions were down in all of these communities. Barrie was down 36.1% vs October last year, Bradford was down 28.8%, Toronto was down 13.1% and Newmarket was down 15.4%.
