Looking over the stats November 2022 versus 2021, you’ll see we’re down in transactions across the board and the average sale price is also down.
Midland was down 27%, Orillia was down 5%, Barrie is was down 35%, New Tecumseth was down 35%, Bradford was down 38% Georgina was down 50%, Newmarket was down 45% and Toronto was down 41% in volume of transactions vs November 2021.
