November 2021 vs. November 2020. It’s that time of the year again where you can put baileys in your coffee and not feel like you have problem. We are look at units sold, we are down in all our communities due to the low inventory. However, when we look at the average sales price again we are up in all our communities.
Same story as last month, the Average sales price was up in all of these communities, however volume was down all across. Last month, year-over-year, housing prices were up all double digits. 41.7% in Barrie, 27.15% in Bradford, 27.2% in Newmarket, and 22.3% in the Toronto area.
For November 2021 vs. November 2020, you’ll see that total transactions were down in all of these communities. Barrie was down 21.7% vs November last year, Bradford was down 22.4%, Toronto was down 1.2% and Newmarket was down 17.14%.
