May 2022 vs. May 2021. The volume of transactions is down in all of these communities, however the average sale price is still up vs last year. New Tecumseth led the way with a 30.3% increase in average sale price. Bradford and Newmarket followed with 13.6% increase and Barrie at just under 13%.
The total units sold were down in all of these communities vs same month last year. New Tecumseth was down 61.5% in units sold, Georgina was down 47.7% and barrie was down just under 47% in total units sold vs same month last year.
