April 2022 vs. April 2021. In certain parts of the province, home prices have stabilized a bit, however, all of these communities saw an increase in average sale price when we compare year over year sales. New Tecumseh led the way with a 29.7% increase in average sale price. Barrie followed with 23.3% increase and Bradford and Georgina both saw an increase of just over 20%
The total units sold were down in all of these communities vs same month last year. Bradford was down 72.2% in units sold, Georgina was down just over 50% and barrie was down 44% in total units sold vs same month last year.
