May 2021 vs. May 2020, It has been another month of huge increases. Units sold were up in all of our communities. Last month, year-over-year, housing prices were up across all communities: 43.9% in Barrie, 43.2% in Bradford, 23.4% in Newmarket, and 20.5% in the Toronto area.
For May 2021 vs. May 2020, you’ll see that transactions were also up in every city listed below, with Toronto leading the way with a whooping 191% increase in transactions. Bradford came in 2nd with a 167.7% increase in total units sold. Newmarket posted a 137% increase in units sold year over year and Barrie was up 77%
