Hello everyone! Thanks for tuning in to Matt’s Stats for March 2026! The stats are up and down when comparing year-over-year results, our newest addition to our focus regions had the largest year-over-year increase with +93.3% followed by Newmarket +21.2% and Midland +18.1%. For the most part we are down for average sales price compared to last year.
Month-over-month, we see the spring market has sprung! We see positive transaction across most of our focus regions. Wastage Beach, Georgina and Bradford West Gwillimbury all post 75%+ increases. Month-over-month average sales price also had a lift across most of our focus regions with Orillia (+12.3%) posting double digits increases.
