June 2022 vs. June 2021. Another month of decreases in Volume and for the first time in a while we see some of these communities record a drop in average sale price vs last year. However, overall the average sales price has gone up in most of these communities. Georgina led the way with an 11.7% increase in average sale price, followed by Orillia with a 7.4% increase and Barrie with a 6.3% increase. Midland was down 10.6% in average sale price and Bradford was down 1.9%.
The total units sold were down in all of these communities vs same month last year.Barrie is was down 50.3% in volume of transactions vs June 2021, Georgina was down 50.9% and Bradford was down 47.8%.
