The average units sold in all of our regions are down. However, the average sale price in 4 of our regions have been staying pretty high. The total units sold were down in all of these communities vs same month last year. Barrie is was down 46.5% in volume of transactions vs July 2021, Georgina was down 44.4 % and Bradford was down 61.8%.
