July 2021 vs. July 2020, it is bit different than what we have seen in the past few months. The average sales price is up in all of these communities, however the total units sold were down all across these communities. Last month, year-over-year, housing prices were up all double digits in the 3 out of 4 of these communities. 31.1% in Barrie, 37.55% in Bradford, 24.7% in Newmarket, and 5.7% in the Toronto area.
For July 2021 vs. July 2020, you’ll see that total transactions were down in all of these communities. Barrie was down 38.8% vs July last year, Bradford was down almost 30%, Toronto was down 22.3% and Newmarket was down just over 10%.
