Last month year-over-year housing prices were up across our communities: approximately 20% in Barrie, 11% in Bradford, 9% in Newmarket, and 17% in the Toronto area.
The stats are looking so good this month! July 2020 vs. July 2019, you’ll see we’re up in all of our communities and in all of our categories.
The average sale price was up in July 2020 over July 2019: in Barrie, the average sale price was about $571,875, in Bradford, the average sale price was about $791,623, in Newmarket, the average sale price was about $906,891, and in Toronto, the average sale price was about $943,710.
