Last month year-over-year housing prices were up across our communities: approximately 16% in Barrie, 11% in Bradford, 15% in Newmarket, and 20% in the Toronto area.

The average sale price was up in August 2020 over August 2019: in Barrie, the average sale price was about $567,469, in Bradford, the average sale price was about $820,266, in Newmarket, the average sale price was about $960,366, and in Toronto, the average sale price was about $951,404.
