March 2022 vs. March 2021. All of these communities saw a huge increase in average sale price. Bradford led the way with a 34.5% increase in average sale price. New Tecumseh followed with 31.7% increase and Barrie was third with 30.3% Increase.
The total units sold were down in all of these communities vs same month last year. Barrie, Bradford, Georgina and Newmarket were all down just over 45% in units sold vs same time Last year.
