Hello everyone! Thanks for tuning in to Matt’s Stats for October 2025! Comparing October 2025 to October 2024 you will see transaction are down in many of our focus communities. Orillia was one of the few communities that did post an increase in units sold with +32.3% followed by Georgina with a +13.6% and Newmarket with a +2% increase in units sold year-over-year. Average sales price is down year-over-year across all of our focus communities. In most areas it is slightly down while New Tecumseth and Orillia post double digit percentage drops with 11.8% and 14.2% respectively.
Month-over-month we had a pretty good fall market. We saw transactions move up in many of our focus communities month-over-month. Bradford West Gwillimbury lead the way with a 73.6% increase followed by Orillia with a 28.5% increase. Month-over-month average sales price was also up in most of our focus areas with Midland having the largest increase at 19.6%.
