Midland was down 47.1%, Orillia was down 8.7%, Barrie is was down 54.2%, New Tecumseth was down 62.1%, Bradford was down 56.2%, Georgina was down 80.8%, Newmarket was down 60.5% and Toronto was down 47.9% in volume of transactions vs February 2022.
