September 2021 vs. September 2020. The Average sales price was up in all of these communities, however volume was down all across. Last month, year-over-year, housing prices were up all double digits. 38.10% in Barrie, 25% in Bradford, 25% in Newmarket, and 19.5% in the Toronto area.
For September 2021 vs. September 2020, you’ll see that total transactions were down in all of these communities. Barrie was down 30.7% vs September last year, Bradford was down 43.28%, Toronto was down 22.6% and Newmarket was down 44.85%.
