Last month year-over-year housing prices were up across our communities: approximately 9% in Barrie, 7% in Bradford, 3% in Newmarket, and 12% in the Toronto area.

The average sale price was up in January 2020 over January 2019: in Barrie the average sale price was about $503,881, in Bradford the average sale price was bout $740,318, in Newmarket the average sale price was about $816,892, and in Toronto the average sale price was about $839,363.
